Our sprouts worked and are providing the veggies in lunch today!
Within a few days, 100 grams of bean seeds turned into 1 liter of sprouts with no more work than giving them water twice per day. They were so easy and are so nutritious. You can use most bean seeds, we tried Chia, but it turned into a paste and began to rot. We'll try all the bean sorts we now have available and report on the taste later.
By the way, their delicious!
